We currently offer delivery to:
✔ United Arab Emirates (UAE): Nationwide delivery.
✔ International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please contact us to confirm shipping availability for your location.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email will tracking as soon as your order is shipped .

4. Order Tracking

5. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout .

  • if a delivery is return due to an incorrect address, additional  shipping fees may apply.


6.Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue quickly—either with a replacement or refund.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items for a replacement or refund.
